Short video clips for $0.99 (or whatever) are already widely available in Europe and the Far East and are coming to a small screen near you very soon. Then what do we do about the guy on the subway or in line at the bank or at the next table in the restaurant who’s spending an awful lot of time “on the phone”?

Hopefully, our government doesn’t react like Thailand’s did on this issue.

A 21 year old woman caught by police receiving oral sex in her car is going to challenge Virginia’s ‘crimes against nature’ laws.

The woman’s attorney is arguing that the charge is unconstitutional because the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a Texas case that states can’t pass laws that restrict the private sex lives of consenting adults.

Virginia’s statute on crimes against nature says people can’t have oral or anal sex, whether homosexual or heterosexual. But the law doesn’t specify whether the sex is illegal in public or in private.

I think she’s gonna lose – but only because she wasn’t in a private place.
