A victory- though not complete. The Supreme Court has ruled against the Child Online Protection Act, which is basically a way to shut down or severly hamper online pornography. The vote was 5-4 with Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist and justices Sandra Day O’Connor, Antonin Scalia and Stephen Breyer dissenting.
