In an apparent attempt to increase troop morale for our soldiers, the US military is now offering free breast augmentation and liposuction to female (and male) soldiers. Apparently, the military surgeons need the work as ‘practice’, though I’m not sure what performing a boob job is practice for – other than another boob job.
