A student at the University of California, San Diego, used the university’s closed circuit television station to show some home-made porn. Suprisingly, the university itself is not taking a position on the issue:

School administrators are staying out of the fight, saying it’s up to the student government to determine if York and the station violated any rules.

UPDATE Or, maybe the administration is going to get involved now that the incident has made big news.
