One province in China is going to start testing people working in hotels, nightclubs and other entertainment outlets for AIDS and firing those that test positive. Somehow, I think that’ll just make it more likely that people will try to avoid being tested, or somehow cheat on the tests – leading to further spread of the infections. Ain’t communism grand.
