The Utah anti-porn law will likely be litigated by ISPs in attempt to get it overturned. They were successful in getting a similar law in Pennsyvania rules unconsitutional a few years ago, so hopefully they’ll do the same in this case.
Signed earlier this week by Gov. Jon Huntsman, the law requires ISPs to offer free porn-blocking software or face felony charges, and requires content providers
