Ugh, is there any religion out there that isn’t so damn easily offended? The Buddhists in Thailand are upset because some Miss Universe contestants had some pix taken near a temple. Here’s the actual gripe:

…the episode violated traditional values and morality just days before a key Buddhist holiday.

Some Thai’s get it though:

“We wanted to promote our tourism industry, right? If we want tourists to come to Thailand, then let them see it,” said a university student on an Internet chat site.
