Police finally caught the blandly-named Foot Fetish Guy that has been prowling the University of Washington campus. He was apparently posing as a psych student and telling girls that he could tell their fortune by reading the lines on their feet. The Foot Fetish Guy has been running this scam for five years. So I guess the girls of UW can cross off ‘free foot massages’ as one of the perks of going to school there.
