Not suprisingly, Kid Rock has sued Red Light District over the sex tape they were planning on distributing featuring him, Scott Stapp, and some groupies. Late last week, a judge went ahead and issued a temporary restrainging order against Red Light that keeps them from distributing the tape until they can have a hearing on the issue.
