David Gest sure got the shaft in his lawsuit against Liza Minelli. He had claimed that the beatings he took from her had caused him headaches – but the judge threw it all out after Gest’s doctor had not been able to refute Minnelli’s medical expert, who said that Gest’s headaches were caused by a type of herpes virus.

Wow. A $10 million lawsuit out the window – and you’ve got herpes. I think he might prefer the beatings Liza delt out while they were married to this kind of beating. At least he could keep his shame to himself before.
