After taking some outside funding from a company called Spearmint Rhino, director Michael Ninn is no longer part of Ninn Worx.

Spearmint Rhino acquired Ninn Worx last year with the director retaining 49 percent of the company. Included in the deal was the director’s library of titles, which Ninn claims was earning around $100,000 per month.
Ninn told XFANZ that he wasn’t sure if he was going to be bought out, but claims that Spearmint Rhino breached its contract with him entitling him to legal redress. Ninn plans to file a suit against the Rhino claiming breach of contract, which it did “about 25 minutes after I signed it,” he said.

Ninn also claims he’s no longer allowed to use the Michael Ninn name (its rights remain with Ninn Worx), so he’s rebranding himself IMNINN – which I guess is a clever way of spelling “I’m Ninn”.

The Ira Isaacs obscenity trial was suspended today after it was discovered that the presiding judge (Alex Kozinski) had his own pornographic website – mostly full of adult-themed viral videos and pictures that get sent around via email.

The judge refused to comment further about the Times story, which reported that the material on the judge’s website, which has now been taken down, included “a photo of naked women on all fours painted to look like cows and a video of a half-dressed man cavorting with a sexually aroused farm animal,” as well as “images of masturbation, public sex and contortionist sex. There was a slide show striptease featuring a transsexual, and a folder that contained a series of photos of women’s crotches as seen through snug fitting clothing or underwear. There were also themes of defecation and urination, though they [were] not presented in a sexual context.”
